Further Information:

• Surcharge for each additional person in the apartment per day €20,00.
• Reduction for children and up to 3 years free.
• Pets €10,00 per day
• Use of private sauna in the studio €15,00
• In high season we rent only by the week u. z. (from Saturday to Saturday – from Sunday to Sunday).
• The price includes heating, electricity, parking in the garage, TV- Sat, WLAN, safe, shower towels, towels, bed linen and dry towels.
• For a stay of less than 5 days we allow ourselves to charge € 50,00 for the final cleaning.
• Cancellation conditions according to Art.1382ZGB
• You can cancel the reservation without paying a cancellation fee until 60 days before the arrival day at the latest.
• In case of cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival day, you will be charged 50% of the total agreed price.
• In case of cancellation less than 29 days before the arrival day you will be charged 90% of the total price.
• In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the whole booked stay.
• If we manage to re-let the apartment, you will not be charged any cancellation fee..
• After receiving a written confirmation, the reservation is binding.
• We recommend a travel cancellation insurance..
