Further Information:
- Surcharge for each additional person in the apartment per day €20,00.
- Reduction for children and up to 3 years free.
- Pets €10,00 per day
- Use of private sauna in the studio €15,00
- In high season we rent only by the week u. z. (from Saturday to Saturday – from Sunday to Sunday).
- The price includes heating, electricity, TV- Sat, WLAN, safe, shower towels, towels, bed linen and dry towels.
- For a stay of less than 5 days we allow ourselves to charge € 50,00 for the final cleaning.
- Car parking space in the garage / 5,00€ per day
- Cancellation conditions according to Art.1382ZGB
- You can cancel the reservation without paying a cancellation fee until 60 days before the arrival day at the latest.
- In case of cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival day, you will be charged 50% of the total agreed price.
- In case of cancellation less than 29 days before the arrival day you will be charged 90% of the total price.
- In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the whole booked stay.
- If we manage to re-let the apartment, you will not be charged any cancellation fee..
- After receiving a written confirmation, the reservation is binding.
- We recommend a travel cancellation insurance..

Our guests receive the “South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass” free of charge. With this card you can easily explore the Alpe di Siusi / Seiser Alm, Dolomites region and in general the whole of South Tyrol by public transport (bus and train). Children between the ages of 6 and 13 receive the Junior Mobilcard, while teenagers and adults aged 14 and over can use the Mobilcard.
The following services are included:
- All shuttle buses in the Alpe di Siusi Dolomites region (except lines 10, 11 and 12)
- Regional trains in South Tyrol: from Brennero/Brenner to Trento and from Malles/Mals to San Candido/Innichen
- Local buses (city buses, intercity buses and city buses)
- Cable cars to Ritten, Kohlern, Meransen, Mölten and Vöran
- The Ritten tramway and the funicular to the Mendel
- One return journey with PostBus Switzerland between Malles/Mals and Müstair
- Discount on the Combi Card, the Nordic Pass and the Seiser Alm Card Gold
